I feel Very Stress

I feel very stress this few days. Activities program is launching continuous. Meeting, meeting and meeting, meeting every night for those activities. All the assignments haven’t start yet. Besides, midterm examination is coming soon. Arrr….. I hate it. I hate the stress is keep coming to me, force me to analyze my time management skill. Is there my time management very worse? Why am I very stressing… How can I face IT?

Erm..my name is anny.I think every one will hv their own stress.What is d different is just d way to cope stress.Hv u ever read a book named "Secret"?If you think you are stress,then you will be very stress.So to distress,i think you've to change your mindset first.You should find out the root of stress,i also facing the same problem with you.Everyday just keep meeting,but in the same time,i keep telling myself that it is jz temporarily.Sooner or later,i'll use 2 it.But just need some time.You also can find some your favourite activities 2 release your stress like singing karaoke.Hehe..hope this can help you a bit after you read through my comment.

    erm...for me stress may a way to push us move forward.Stress can be a good thing if you see it with a different degree.
    A life full with activities is more meaningful and wonderful than a life with nothing except study for undergraduate student like us.

    i would like to share my technics to manage ur stress..

    1st of all,u must sleep a while around 30-45 minutes to make ur body fresh if u become stress

    the other technics u can make a massage by visit a spa or ask ur friend to massage your body..

    by listen the music also can manage ur stress and u can feel more relax

    and the last but not least..enjoy your life by laughing..

    i understand what u feel lynn,
    because i've the same problem as you...the different is that i just stress if there any presentation soon...and if i have to involve myself in the presentation!!!!!
    i always nervous N afraid to speak infront of others..
    Although the presentation is a month future,
    But i can feel the pulsation starting the day that i know i’ve to do the presentation.
    So, i could not pay my attention to other things that more important than the presentation.

    But now, i don't want to talk about my nervous,
    i just want to share with you how i cope with my nervous,
    The main point is i’ve read a book entitled “La Tahzan” (Jgn Menangis/ Don’t Cry).
    This is a bit what have i read from the book,
    “.........do not think to much about what will happen in the future & what had happen in the past, because the future is a mystery. Just enjoy your day today, because no one would know what will happen tomorrow/in the future.”

    So now, i feel more relieved and my stress have been reduced.
    For me, i can managed my stress by reading..what i mean is not academic book,
    it's more like motivation book or novel or magazine...anything, anything, just it could make you more relax & happy...
    And i would like to suggest you to read the book “La Tahzan” or any motivation books, so you would feel more passion N couraged..=)
