The symptoms of stress are
1.on the body: headache, stomach upset, and if it prolong, it will affected your heart, immunity system and blood pressure.
2.on the your thoughts and feeling: anxiety, restlessness, worrying, depression, anger, burnout, forgetfulness.
so Friends, if you have the symptoms above, do take action to overcome it before it gets worse.

you have said that syndrom of stress will affect the body and feeling plus thought,right?what about to our physical or behaviour?i think stress have their own effect to our behaviour too.

ReplyDeletemaybe behaviour like spending sprees, binge eating, drinking/drug user, sexual promiscuilty, impared judgement,easily agitated, withdrawal from friends or activities that were once enjoyed..
ReplyDeletehowever most people realized that they are stress based on their feeling ,not behaviour. (my title for this article is symptoms of stress, not effect of stress)
