# and very important is dont do last minute works

i will like to add few ways to cope with stress.
ReplyDelete1. try singing any song such as happy or your favourite song..( i will sing whenever i feel stress)
2.pray to God.- no matter what religion you are, God is always there for you to listen to your problems. speak out.don't keep everything to yourself.nothing is too big or too hard for God to handle.(I pray that God will give you peace and wisdom to do your works.)
3. be a positive thinker. your life is shaped by your thought. if you think you can't do something, then for sure you can't do it as you have already give up.(but don't be overconfident too)
4. do activities that bring you joy. remember this- all work and no play make Jack a dull boy.
5. exercise such as walking to classes- dont take bus. if u are very busy,then try doing some simple exercises in your room that will relieve your tension such as stretching. ( you can visit this website: http://www.sunkist.com/healthy/fitness.aspx)
